Return Policy We happily accept online returns received within 15 days of the customer having received the package. Please email explaining the situation. You must contact us first before returning item to receive a return credit approval. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will given. Defective items must be reported within 72 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of order shipment date, in it’s original condition with tags attached.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear, unwashed and odor/smoke free.
  • Please keep your tracking number, as we are not responsible for any lost packages.
  • All returns will be eligible for online store credit only, there are no refunds.
  • Discounts on original orders are not subject to be transferred to the new order
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice, your name, email and reason for return.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and packaging.

  • If an item is returned after the 15 day window, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the item to be shipped back to them. Pishon Boutique will email an invoice for shipping to be paid for by the customer.

Damaged Items: We quality check all of our items before shipping them out. However, if you receive a damaged item please allow us to correct it for you! Damaged item reports must be made within 3 days of receiving the garment, if it has been more than 3 days, we will not be able to replace the item. After 7 days, Pishon Boutique no longer assumes the responsibility of any damages on merchandise.  If you choose to return the item for a store credit, please notify immediately for a return credit approval.

  • Original tags must still be attached to the damaged garment and we must be informed of the damage/defect before the garment is worn.
  • If it has been within the 7 day period, we will cover return shipping costs as well as replace the garment.
  • If we no longer have then garment in stock, a online credit promo code will be issued.

Non Returnable Items; No Exceptions All items found in the Sale category, accessories, jewelry, glasses, bags, clutches, swimwear, shape-wear or bodysuits are non-returnable.
